Tim is amazing! He is definitely a people person. He is polite, kind, patient and extremely helpful. He reassures both buyers and sellers with his excellent advice but is never “pushy”. We do not live in England and we did not live in the property we have recently sold through Tim. Tim managed our tenants with care and helped them through visits of potential buyers by organising group viewings,  thus imposing upon them as little as possible.

In August 2017 Tim Bennett completed the Sale of my Bungalow (at the time this was very important to me as I wanted to downsize and move my location).  This he achieved after prolonged negotiations which involved Land Registry issues and damage by a nearby new development which made circumstances awkward to say the least.
