SELLER’S RECOMMENDATION
In August 2017 Tim Bennett completed the Sale of my Bungalow (at the time this was very important to me as I wanted to downsize and move my location). This he achieved after prolonged negotiations which involved Land Registry issues and damage by a nearby new development which made circumstances awkward to say the least. Tim went more than the extra mile to complete the sale to everyone’s satisfaction. We enjoyed many a well earnt Coffee together and his dedication in getting the sale completed was exemplary.
