Tim is amazing! He is definitely a people person. He is polite, kind, patient and extremely helpful. He reassures both buyers and sellers with his excellent advice but is never “pushy”. He only acts in the buyers’/sellers’ best interests. He is very experienced and very knowledgeable. Tim is always available to answer worries and concerns.
We do not live in England and we did not live in the property we have recently sold through Tim. Tim managed our tenants with care and helped them through visits of potential buyers by organising group viewings, thus imposing upon them as little as possible.
When the house was empty, he took meter readings for us during the period we were waiting for the sale to go through and he was always available to let people into the house when necessary.
