As a property investor I need to insure my agent is acting on my behalf to get me the very best deal. This does not necessarily mean purely financial but viability, reliability and a common sense approach to finding the buyer.

Tim Bennett is a very experienced, reliable and honest estate agent. My interests were always paramount and he went out of his way to sell my property. He didn’t under-price to get a quick sale. On the contrary Tim worked incredibly hard to achieve the market price. He kept me informed of the process and made selling very easy.
I seldom endorse people as most don’t go above and beyond what is expected. I am very happy to make an exception for Tim.

Living a two hour drive from my mother’s home with the responsibility of liquidating her assets to pay for her residential care, I was faced with a dilemma, my personal circumstances made it impossible to visit the property.
