Tim’s meticulous advice and support made the whole process of selling our house extremely straightforward and notably unstressful.
He provided an exemplary service in marketing the house and achieved a price which was comfortably in excess of the valuations of three other Bath estate agents. Tim made himself always available, and we felt that we always had his full care and attention; there were no concerns we raised that he had not already thought of, and had in hand.
However it was in the management of the process after the offer had been accepted that we felt that Tim added exceptional value. He kept in very regular contact with all parties involved in the chain including solicitors and other estate agents to ensure that he was informed, and could keep the process moving fluidly. The whole transaction went through smoothly and without any of the delays that can be caused by tardy communications.
Overall, we were absolutely delighted and would have no hesitation in using him again. It was by far the most straightforward experience we have had in selling a property, and that was certainly down to his careful management.
