We would highly recommend Tim Bennett ans would use him to buy a property again. From the moment we 1st viewed the property Tim was always there and quick to respond to any queries. Whenever we wanted to view (for measurements etc.) Tim was very flexible in agreeing a time convenient to us. As this was our 1st time buying a property there were times when we were a bit nervous but Tim was always there to reassure and to sort out any potential issues before they became problems.
